Ca they approved me for a car that i could not pay for and now i im faceing bankruptcy its not right to ripoff people

I m. G and a friend a. W both of us in our 20s at the time. Were approved for a car last year in 08. Which i was working at wendys and making 8.00 an hour and a w was on disability, unemployment, food stamps. They did not run a credit check on her but they did on me my credit score was 617 with equifax only their was no other credit check withe the other to agencies. I was making a payment on my 07 car of 292.00 a month plus i had a few credit card bills i was paying. A. W was not working very much and she also had credit card bills and they did not run a credit check on her because she would not be able to qualify if they did. Aw said she would be able to make the car payments which at first was 404.00 then they went to 363.00 a month. Toyota sales person alexander revard, f & i mngr kimberly zona, sls mnger christina mena should have never sold the car to us knowing that we could not afford the car. But end of the month they are trying to make there quota for the month. The apr was at 12.15% and fin charge was 9106.61 the cars price tag was 14,450.00but then they added all this other stuff on like t.M.I. S and portfolio and gap what ever these things r??? The total was 30,182.25 which there is no way we could pay. A. W was driving the car the whole yr and had all the paper work on it and keys i never have drive the car and she has taken up bankruptcy and she could not make payments on the car and she wanted me to make the payments but i cant either so Toyota is forcing us bot into bankruptcy for a car that we should never been approved for. Dont by from them they will scam you out of money and they dont care.
