I rented a car for what was supposed to be a weekend getaway, and instead because of their employees mistakes I ended up missing my flight, buying a new ticket, charged an additional day I didn't use, and had my funds on hold for 5 full business days past the date my funds were to be released by providing a check card for payment at return per the terms and conditions agreed to at reservation - resulting in many overdrafts. Because of this companies many errors and employees providing inconsistent information as to the terms and conditions, and between each other, I am now in a financial disaster that will take months to rectify. Overall this was too much stress for what it was worth.
