Reservation confirmationNPOSSV 7/20/09 Scheduling # 2612949 Our handicapped buddy was released more than 12 hours without actually the present of the hotel room. Wheelchair help had been reserved and we (the buddies who got her and contributed to her obtaining a ticket50 kilometers away and therefore are equally handicapped. I've flied numerous occasions in my own existence and anytime my flight was postponed 2 or even more hours I had been provided a totally free trip. I really hope my buddy is ok, have no idea which airport she's asleep, TYS or Houston. Frightening!!!
