90 DAYS unable to to talk with a real person. Only voice mails who don't return calls

On April 5, our church truck was struck with a guy who's covered by Creators. Originally I talked having a Juliette Romero. Which was on May 29th. Since that time I've been not able to contact anybody except a voice-mail. I am good that no body is thinking about returning our calls. We were delivered to a repair center, images were obtained, and nothing has happened since that time. I actually named the repair center to ask about our state. We weren't astonished to learn that no motion had occurred on the website part both. How can businesses who exercise these kinds of methods remain in company. Up to now we've posted 56 calls to Creators without reaction. The disappointment is mindboggling. To remember a term from my times with DOD " Businesses for example these ought to be handled with EXTREME PREJUDICE. Complete destruction is recommended but like a Christian I'll abandon the problem within the palm of the Daddy.in the end it is his truck.
