Warranty scam?

I bought a-3 yr/50,000 mile guarantee in June. Currently I'm inside the period/milage body of the agreement, however on July 20 the indication failed in my own 1992 Dodge Van, and that I got it to Nationwide Attacks in Flagstaff, Arizona (where it's today) to possess it set. Nationwide Indication informed the Guarantee organization who went an insurer on Thursday (07/22/09), now Nationwide named me and explained the guarantee organization refused my state.

I spoke with all the Guarantee organization repetition and he or she explained the state have been "refused due to used and damaged components". She also explained the guarantee coated components which were damaged although not because of use

Wow... Therefore now it seems my guarantee is just a laugh, and also the joke is on me
