Atv discounters still selling atvs
No delivery & no refund, no responce

Atv discounters offered mea atv final may 1 09. It's been nearly a few months but still no atv. I've named them-and sent them often concerning the atv however, you can't get anyone to anwser the telephone. It's obious theyare hiding and also have maintain my income. I did so some checking at U. S attoneys workplace in texas and discovered the organization was mixed by september 8th and nearly every one was suppose togo but there most be considered a few left which are still attempting to sell atvs at 11225 d. Stemmom fwy. Has anyone been down for this location. If anyone has pls I'd like to understand becease if they're they're promoting it'd be illegaly. I've noticed they're available. If anyone else has dropped noney to these folks the only path you will get it back would be to consider them to small claims court. Or if somebody in the region might begin a class-a suit we're able to all can get on it. My-self I'm from iowa and also have submitted for small claims court. Within the mean-time don't conduct business with one of these individuals If anybody has any information on these companys existing procedures.
