Refuse to honor their own words in writing

I bought a car from Carsource US and was guaranteed (actually provided an "IOU" written down) the trunk address for that vehicle. This product was demonstrated about the car in most of the images, but was 'lacking' after I visited get the vehicle. Convinced that these were great on the term... I got the vehicle and went off their lot. The following 2-3 weeks I named, sent, and sent them to no reaction... Everytime I'd keep in touch with somebody they'd create some kind of justification and move the fault onto another person. The trunk address comes with an MSRP of ~$700. You shouldn't be fooled by their excellent presale support... Following the purchase, when it concerns, they do not provide a darn about you, the vehicle, etc.
