Refusal to honor warranty

The oxygen sensor I ordered turned out to be defective within the two month warranty and after several emails back and forth I was told to take it to a licensed mechanic, which I told them I did and never heard from them again after several followup emails. The phone number went to a fax which I used that way with no response either. I complained to ebay and they responded, but I don't know if they contacted Global or not. However their rating is still at 98 which makes me wonder about ebay&
