Cars & Transport

I obtained a notice out of this organization informing me that I had a need to increase my guarantee since the unique warranty had terminated. Well my vehicle was produced ten years before, therefore no kidding the initial warranty had terminated. Additionally they suggested within the notice (about the letterhead it claims "Dealer Fix Area: California") they got my info from the dealer. Nevertheless I understand this to become fake since I acquired my vehicle from the personal purchase from the member of the family. They retreived my info in the Dept. Of Cars. I understand the documents are public however they shouldn't have the ability to access my own info (such as the vehicles I-drive, and where I reside, and of course every other data the DMV is wearing document about me) to be able to email me spam in regards to a guarantee I don't have, nor need.
