Old Heritage cannot be trusted

I did about 4 years ago. I went on progressive to look for aut0 insurancde, before MA passed the law you can pick any insurance company. They called me and bugged me to get he insurance through them. They are in reading and i live in Lowell. They hownded me so much i took it.

They first year i overpaid and the next time i got to transfer registrations, I aslked them about the money and all the woman said was it isn't that much anyway. I let that go. It didn't matter how much i overpaid, the point was that it is my money.

Then four years later, I get a call about a possible accident my spouse had on Mothers day, the call came six weeks later. I called my insurance company, because this man had my husbamds social security number. One my husband does not drive my truck as he does not have a license. The man still hasnt' filed a claim; They ostersized me. They canceled my insurance for no reason at all. There isn't any damage in the back of my truck that wasn't already there. Old dents have alot of rust. So they made me guilty before anyone proved me or my husband gulty of the accident. They said it was misrepresentation, I never misrepresented my self. I told the truth. Second reasoin I didn't put an operator on the list. My husband doesn't have a license, why would i make him an operator, when he can't be. They just screwed me royally.

I don't know who had my husbands social as he doesn't give it to anyone. It was Mothers day and he is always home. The man from the liquor store said he hit one of those poles to protect the building. He hit it and caused structual damage.

One I live next to downtown and there is a liquor store at the end of my street. Rex liquors is way out of the way over the bridge. Two, there is a laundry mat two streets over. There is absolutely no way he was driving that truck.

I paid my insurance on time. They had absolutely no good reason to cancel me. I am trying to warn other people of their professional habbits. They can not be trusted. There isn't any professionalism in that office, how they stayed open this long i don't know. Maybe if enough people read this they will get my warning and don't use them.
