You know the sell job;not really knowing anything bout the business the franchisee is told storyz of success Hmmmmmmmmmmmm!

And give them examples of shopz who are doing fair to good numbers~Then the fun starts~You sign the contract~"YOUR IN~IN!!!) They start you off with equiptment for TOO much~from PA. ~at your expense~then~They tellya how to run the business~and give you advice ~that is not a whole lot~at times~Itz just ~they push ya off the cliff~an CRY OUT~FLY! ~fly!!! ~an ya say~DAmn~what did i do? ~Then the customerz come in~AN WHAT HAPENZ??? ~The numbers don't fit the expense for the shop`~not as much money ~"As was told to you" Showz up. Then the problemz start~The people that you were told were in the work force ~Are not~ at this point "YOU" will hire anybody~Then they don't work (cars)~or the don't leave for long~The technical advise helps at times~not always ~the training was east coast training~not west coast~ITZ NOT THE SAME~i've heard the head office tell a shop~FIRE EVERYBODY! And get a new crew! ~like that~so Then what? You can't do this type of WORK~youv'e never done before~you think to yourself~"i wuzz a soup server last week" NOW I'M AN OWNER~of WHAT? ~ OWNER~YEAHHH~soon the money get gobbled up by the rent/expenses~This is where the customer~GET SCREWED!!! ~and these web sites are put up ~For people to get the word~THE TRANZMN
