No tracking number when call i got hung up on twice password wont work bellflower ca

I ordered parts from autopartsgiant.com. After several days, i went on line to check on tracking. When i tried to enter my username, and password, it said no info. On record. I kept trying to no avail. Then i tried to call, when i did get through, was put on hold, then over and over, got hung up on. I have a honest repair shop with very limited money. I have spent $368.47, and have no tracking number, no parts, and no refund. This is very bad practices from this company. I just wish i had went to Autopartsgiant.com scam on Google first. What a scam. My money is hard to come by, and i work hard for it. They did not hesitate to take my credit card number. And bill me on the spot, and left me high and dry. DO NOT, i say DO NOT have any dealings with Autopartsgiant.com. It is a scam
