Edge Evolution Programmer not what it claims

The Edge Evolution is a complete waste of money. I purchased this Programming module that was supposedly compatible with my truck. After it stranded me on the side of the road I contacted Edge Products who proceeded to give me the run around for 4 hours during the first call. Later that day I was told that the first tech I spoke with didn't know what he was doing and I began dealing with another tech. This second tech seemed at first to know what he was talking about, but after a series of at least 10 to 15 phone calls and 2 weeks, I found he was not and I still had absolutely no effective solution from Edge Products. At this point I was completely frustrated and disappointed that Edge Products sells a product that they claim increases your horsepower and in fact it does not. What makes it even worse though, is the fact that they don't even care. I will NEVER buy another product from Edge Products and would advise anyone else to choose ANY other company.
