We reside in NJ, USA. We recently returned from India. I'd arranged a trip from Hyderabad - Bangalore for 7th July 8:40 am. We visited airport and were standing within the point as there's no personal point for this trip. From the period we contacted the table, the supervisor stated it's also late to travel today. He noticed our bags and flipped out! Certainly we were transporting 4 large bags to get a group of 4. He explained the baggage can't be examined-in as there's insufficient time. He recommended that people may travel solo without bags (?). Lastly, we'd requested him to maneuver us towards the night trip. He declined and stated that our seats are non transferable and they can not place us on another trip. We wound up losing 4 seats (15K rupees). It was a disastrous experience for all of US.

I'd not suggest this flight to anybody centered on my own encounter as Indigois company methods aren't skilled. The supervisors are extremely ineffective handling the traveler requirements. The supervisor was unsympathetic despite the fact that we were traveling with 2 kids.

I hope I never understood about that flight. I eventually flew that night paying another 15K from the same flight.
