Motorcars Of Nashville, Sold me a vehicle and will not turn over the title

This person goes by several names (can't believe that the Dept of Immigration hasn't caught up to him yet). The names are Andrew Svart (sounds like fart), Alex Silva (like the soccer player... Just to throw you off), Olid (which means nothing)... Make sure you ask to see his drivers license. No one has seen it yet.

He took over $15,500.00 of my money, and gave me a title with his address on the back. When I took it to the DMV, they sent it to his address... Meaning... That he made it sound like I didn't pay him in full... Which I had. I have all my cancelled checks to show full payment.

He is now manufacturing false records to show some odd receipts for repairs that were never done to the car, repairs that were apparently done AFTER I took possession of the car, and now he's saying that he's going to reposses a car that I paid for in full.

Do NOT do business with this guy. He used to have his business at 709 Murfreesboro Road and he keeps telling me to go there to meet him to get the title and he's never there. He's never there because he moved his business to Mt. Juliet.

Look up his eBay IDs: motorcarsonline, motorcars of nashville, Look Auto Sales, luxury4lessautos. He changes his IDs as quick as he can. As soon as he scams someone, he changes his ID so you can't follow or track him down.
