Crazy Freddie's Motor Sports
Cancelled policy, refuses to give back money and then creates fake cancellation fees for their benefit

Cars & Transport

I cancelled the extended warranty package on my motorcycle back in Sept. 2008. It was only until May someone finally got on the phone with me to discuss me getting my money back and then when they did they only gave me 1/4 back stating that they have cancellation fees that are not on the contract. When asked to produce paperwork with these fees they say that it's their policy and that's all I need to know and they do not have to provide me with anything. When you call, all you get is attitude, people pretending to be the owner, lies about money that supposedly went out and just a big run around.

They tell me it's the law that they do not have to show me documentation about their policies. This place is just a big ripoff. When you purchase your bike, they tell you you have to purchase the warranty package with the tire and rim. This is a lie. It's not the law to purchase these. This is what I was told and when I found out the truth and try to cancel this is the response I get. Going on 10 months with no refund and just a bunch of lies and headaches from a bunch of scam artists. That's what they are.

Beware and stay aware from all their locations before you get into the same thing.
