I bought a 2002 traveler on 4/27/09 having a 500.00 deposit. I had been necessary to spend 2 delayed funds of 300.00 by 5/23/09. JD Byrider currently has 1100.00. Our agreement cost was due on 6/7/09 for 180.00 (biweekly). I named and stated I can not spend it until 6/12/09. Cnac stated, you've in the future in examine this issue for lacking the cost promptly. The out-come is I dropped my vehicle, my cash, and cnac stated, I actually donot have my vehicle any more, for not producing my cost promptly. Eliminate your possessions in the vehicle. There I had been within the parking lot with my child in shock. I named the attorneygeneral and he explained to contact DMV. DMV said they are able to do this. So whats my privileges? They held my cash and held my vehicle. I'd like individuals to watch out for this questionable organization.
