We are very concerned about your transmission issues!

I brought my vehicle in for a free transmission diagnostic due to a growling noise it seemed to be making. I dropped it off early one morning, and received a call later that day. They advised they could hear the noise and it was definetly coming from the transmission, but they indicated the real concern was that the transmission was falling out of 3rd gear. I have to say that from time to time it would do this, but never concerned me. I was told all of these issues can be fixxed.

I got an estimate, around 1900.00 and agreed to have it rebuilt. I got the truck back and never mabe it home before the torque converter bolts came loose. I tighted them on the side of the road. I found it to be a quart overfull, had a broken plug to the netural switch and the front drive shaft bolts were not only loose but the torx type bolts had been stripped out. Ok so the best of it is that it was still making the same noise but now it has another additional noise when I put it in reverse. It rattles until it warms up.

I took it in multiple times. All I ever got was that these transmissions do that sometimes and we cant fix it. I did however get the initial noise fixxed at another shop, it wasnt the tranmission at all, it was a bearing in the front end. (an additional 500.00)
