Got charge twice for repair that I had already paid

PLEASE,
I am disabled and own a 1991 Camry. I had transmission problems and my sister (who has to help me financially every month to make ends meet) told me to go ahead and to have the car repaired. My var was picked up on 3/4/09 with their towing truck to Alonso's shop. The next day I was told that the repair for the transmission, cv joints, mounts, axels and names I did not know will cost $1,000.00. My sister said to go and have it fixed.

On 3/6/09 My sister and I went to pick the car up and the total charge was $1.109.57 But then Ralph said "he encountered other problems that he fixed " and was charged and extra $226.40 which my sister paid. About 2 weeks ago the wheel of the car started shaking again. I got scared and I called Ralph. The following day they came over my house and took the car to the shop. The next day "he said do not worry it was just a bump on the tire'. On Monday 6/1/09 goingthe bank the wheel started shaking again and 2 blocks later it stopped and will not move. Again I called Ralph and told him what happened and he said "that's cv joint problems" and I said I already paid for that and he said "you only paid for one. I will send a towing truck and pick you up. When the car and I arrived there he aid it was the cv joint of the passenger seat and I had to pay for the towing and repair because I had paid for the repair of the cv joint in the driver's side. Then he called my sister and told her they never fixed the cv joints and was charged $228.20. I put a stop payment on the check Beacause I had paid the first time for that labor. I will like to take a lie detector test and one for Ralph so You will know that the cv joints had been repaired by them and paid for 0n 3/6/09.
