California Cycles will rip you off and find any way to keep your deposit. They claimed we scratched a vehicle that we rented when we have photographic proof that it was there when we rented it. They charged us for a part and labor that they didn't not install. The vehicle as it sits today is still scuffed.

They take advantage of tourists because they are very unlikely to return to Panama City Beach to take them to court. I am amazed that with their BBB rating and all the terrible reviews around the web that they are still in business.
