Federal Loan Modifications
I paid this company $4,000.00 and I can't even get a straight answer from them about the status of my modification

I started working with this company with a guy by the name of Ronald Sandlin and I gave this company $1000.00 to start the process on getting my mortgage modified. I was able to get a hold of him and any one in that company at first but now it has been about 4 months since I started with them and I have paid them a total of $4000.00 to get my home modified and now I can't even get ahold of no one. There phone goes round and round like a revolving door and no one ever answers. I did have a ext # for a guy by the name sherman ext 5999 and now they changed the phones where I can't even get a hold of him. My husband and I made a trip out there to try to find out what is going on with our case since they already collected all of our money and we spoke to a guy named craig wright ext 5771 and he assured me that i could call and talk to him or steve lockwood ext 6021 and I tried to contact both of them no answer as of yet and they do not call back. When i was able to get in contact with sherman he would always tell me he would have craig call me back and still call back and no answer when we try to call him. We went all the way from phoenix arizona to irvine california and still no satisfaction from this company. I do not know what kind of game they are playing but to me I believe that is what it is a game.
