Did not send air system

I ordered a 3-stage air filter system for my air compressor. I ordered it on 3/10/09. I tried to contact them but all I got was an answering service. They finally e-mailed me and told me they were on backorder. Said it would be 2 weeks. E-mailed them again after 2 weeks. They said still on backorder. I still have not received anything. They have charged my credit card for the amount.
