If you need a rebuilt cylinder head for your car run as fast as you can from Artistique Diversified Corp. Or ADC Cylinder Heads.com because they are all words and very little product. They are dishonest and they will try to bluff you with B.S. As much as they can. I ordered a cylinder head from them for my 1995 Cavalier and even though I supplied the VIN. Number of my car they sent me the wrong head. I called, and calling these people is not easy because they have a farce of an answering system, and let them know that the head they sent was incorrect and I described in detail exactly what cylinder head I needed for my car. Well guess what, they sent the wrong head again and I was the one paying the shipping fees on these heads.

I spoke to Scott Pollock and told him that I wanted my money back but he said that he could get me the correct part for my car. After a long, long wait I finally got the correct cylinder head for my car but it had two bent valves when it arrived and all the dirt and grease on this used cylinder head was covered over by a pretty silver spay compound that they use to make their cylinder heads look like new to an unaware buyer.

Now here's where it gets real ugly and dishonest, Scott Pollock at ADC.com had a agreed with me on the phone that since I had to pay the fees on the incorrect heads that were shipped to me Scott told me that his company Atistique Diverfied Corp. Would pay the return shipping on the two wrong heads. This should have been their responsibility at the outset and they should have reimbursed me for the fees for accepting the wrong heads but they did not and Scott just skirted the subject when I mentioned to this him but they already had my payment in full so I had no choice. Here's the ugly and dishonest part, Scott Pollock gave me his UPS account number to return the two incorrect cylinder heads but what the lying, dishonest creep did is to refuse the charges when the incorrect heads arrived at his doorstep but he still kept the heads. That is lowdown, dirty, dishonest and fraudulent and I hope many people read this and get to know the lack of integrity that ADC Cylinder Heads.com has to offer. They cost me hundreds of dollars in shipping fees and caused my car to be parked for several months while I was held hostage because I had already paid in full up front.

These are extremely dishonest people to deal with and run as fast as you can away from Artistique Diversified Corp. Or ADC Cylinder Heads.com

SUMMARY:
-Cylinder head order was placed October 4th but a correct although, unusable cylinder head did not finally arrive until January and I had to replace 2 bent valves at my expense

-in spite of me telling them exactly which cylinder head I needed they still sent the wrong ones and I had to pay shipping fees for the wrong heads

-they gave me their UPS account number and details to return the incorrect heads that they had agreed to pay shipping on but instead they accepted the heads when delivered but declined to pay the shipping fees and stuck me with the shipping cost

I have tried to remedy this problem with them via email and telephone but they do not respond. I should also mention that I have been extremely patient and calm with these dishonest people and even that didn't work, they still ripped me off anyway.
