Kyle-Owner destroyed my ca

Took my car to Maaco in Hagerstown to be painted pink. Kyle insured me it would be no problem to paint all areas requested and would take care of my car. When I arrived to pick up my car, the headlights were hanging out (Broken) both driver and passenger side windows had been taped up because they had broke them. Busted turn signal and interior door light. Broke cables/sensors for car alarm, turning signals.

Kyle refused to repair or pay for the repairs. Got paint all over the interior of my car, on the leather sears, on the head liner, on the windows. Various areas of the car still remain unpainted and several runs in the paint. 2 months later, paint is chipping and flaking off, owner will not uphold the warranty I paid for. Kyle has destroyed the value of my car. Please DO NOT go to Maaco in Hagerstown for any reason!
