Poor Customer Service and Business Practices

I recently bought an automobile from Koons Automotive Store in Woodbridge, VA. Our previous vehicles have all been bought from CarMax and that I must have caught using what I understood. It has been a catastrophe since day-one. 1st I had been advised a specific cost for my trade in from the salesman. 24 hours later after I found signal the paperwork on my new-car I had been informed the GM did not buy into the cost I had been cited and determined it had been worthless. I subsequently needed to watch for hours to ensure that them to remodel my paperwork. The salesman then arrives and informs me that using the lower trade in worth the financial institution wont take my mortgage and that I need to develop more money along for that offer to undergo. I have currently used two nights after-work within their workplace. I seriously require a new-car, and so I handle the additional cash down.

Since I've the brand new offer worked and documents authorized I go out to my vehicle. The seller hands me the secrets and claims I will plan a scheduled appointment to repair the scores privately of the vehicle. What!
