Company uses incompetent tech's and provides no support to service customers

This company provided a repair service with a hefty $1,800 repair bill to repalce head gaskets on a 2003 Chevy Duramax. Bolts were left out, Some stripped or cross threaded with washers installed. Fuel lines were loose, 20 Missing bolts, 7 bolts stripped or cross threaded, 9 Broken bolts.

The injectors were re-installed incorrectly, Not seated completely and all bolts and hold downs were loose or stripped. Wiring harness was damaged. The truck had previously been worked on by 2 ASE certified techs. Had both document that the issues noted above were not present prior to WJC working on the truck. Worked with the service manager (Larry Wilcox, Extremely Understanding Man, Worked very hard for us). Later spoke with the General manager and found him far from helpful or even willing to discuss the issue. All he could say was no... And explain why he wasnt responsible.

The injectors installed in the truck were new, We contacted a well know Bosch Dealer priced having the injectors repaired to the new state. The total cost of the injector repair was $1080. We offered to split the $1080, We would pay $540.00 and they were to pay $540.00.

The repair cost is around $533.50 for 9.7 Hours to remove and install all 8 injectors. Leaving the total repair amount around $1613.00 Not counting fluid, filters, missing bolts and so on. How they find it unfair to pay less than half the repair bill I have no clue. I will say the general manager gave me the representation and feeling this dealership was using "Shady Used Car Dealer" Practices. Avoid this place at all cost!
