Harassing phone calls

I've been getting numerous telephone calls out of this Foreclosure support. Our dad used my title like a research to get a car he purchased and it has defaulted on. Their telephone continues to be turn off and he doesn't have another telephone number. I see him perhaps monthly. So when I really do I provide him the amount and inform him to contact them back. Obviously he does not. I keep showing these folks to stop calling below that I've completed my component and also to abandon me & my spouse alone. They continue calling. They named here again about 5 mins. Before. They believe I'm my dad. It is driving me insane. My spouse has cancer and it is going through chemo. It's really unsettling on her and he or she does not require this.
