On 6-18-02 we acquired an auto loan from Car One today referred to as CitiFinancial Car. Earlier this February 4th of 2009 we settled the mortgage down by personal check. The finish of Feb. We obtained our name along with a congratulatory notice that established the mortgage was settled entirely. May 5th I obtained a notice declaring that there is an balance of $1059. The notice request that I deliver my initial agreement and proceed producing my monthly obligations. I called the repetition. The following day that was the 6th of may. The repetition explained that my check was delivered for imaging on May 4th. He didn't understand what imaging was. I extended to contact everyday to solve this. The initial benefit was $1047.62. I ought to not incurr something above my benefit amount. No body at your organization can tellme what imaging is plus they can't tell me wherever the check is, and so I named my lender to prevent cost, price of $25.00. I had been informed about the 8th of May to contact John Heath on May 12. I named him about the 12th, 13th and 14th. And left messages. For this day May 20.2009 I've not obtained a return phone. I went my yearly credit history also it displays my CitiFinancial Car consideration to be compensated entirely on Feb. 2009. I'd like this solved at no additional cost in my experience I settled this in great faith and also have had only issues since doing this. I'd not suggest CitiFinancial Car to anyone who I understand. I suppose my issue is how will you launch the name and launch the consideration about the credit history after which a few months later deliver a notice declaring that there's still a stability. I actually donot feel your procedure for funds makes any sense.
