Deceptive and Abusive company - they've destroyed my credit and my life!

Hello All,

I am interested in finding out if there is a class action lawsuit against GMAC? I own my vehicle and have paid ontime. Until my husband asked for an extension, that's when the problem started. The extension did not get processed until 2 months later and destroyed my credit report from there. Numerous employees harrass me on a daily basis - calling me things I don't deserve. Due to their constant turnover, employees are not properly trained and make up arrangements that don't even get posted to your account. My husband and I was doing what they were telling us to do in regards to payments, however, nothing was getting posted. I've asked for documentation to regards to arrangements but never received them. Reps have even admitted to me that my account was poorly mishandled and notated.

I don't know what to do here - I've missed 3 opportunities for a home loan as a first time home buyer and the opportunity to refinance. They have made this a nightmare... I experience physical stress and sickness from them everyday because every time I talk to a new rep, their story changes. It's really ridiculous... Does anyone else have this problem? Please help me in telling them IT"S NOT OK TO TAKE PEOPLE MONEY AND SCREW THEM OVER!!!
