Starter Fix Man Advertises On EBAY Yamaha Virago starter fix

I bought this guys starter fix. Had a professional mechanic install it. Fix does not work. Dr Virago took weeks to return my parts he "fixed"-had all kinds of lame excuses as to why took so long, said his tooling broke, fired an employee, lost parts etc etc...
Got parts back and they looked worse than when I sent them in to him. He likes it when you pay by Money order, that way you cant report him thru ebay, his preferred advertising method.
Stay away from him!!!
