Complete and total ripoff

I have been with this company for 3 years paying $150.00 a month for " bumber to bumber" insurance, was told in the beginning this company was under crystler dealership, was told i could take it anywhere to get fixed if any problems occurred. The bill was paid of in February my first problem occurred in may of which should have been covered under warranty, but i was told that i had to pay for everything and they would consider paying me back. Since then i have been unable to reach ANYONE at their claims number, or any number. I have in total paid $5400.00 over the past 3 years, only to find out it was complete nothing. I am a woman of 70 years of age, still working, and this is a COMPLETE OUTRAGE.
