A/C Not Working Either Garden Grove California

After paying $1,200. Oo for repairs, and an additional $175.00 for the A/C.
The A/C still not working, and it seems something was damage, because now I can not even run the vent or fan due to a loud squealing noise coming from the fan belt.

And, of course, Mike, the mechanic does not answer my calls.
