US Autolighting Where's my taillight?

I ordered a taillight on Apr. 30. My debit card was debited on May 5. It is now May 11 and my order on their website still says "processing". Despite several attempts by phone and email I've received no answer as to when I will receive my order. The phone number on their website says, "this mailbox does not exist" when I called it. I believe I've been ripped off!!
