Total Appearance's owner Billy Abrams doesn't care about the work they do

I recently purchased a Mustang GT from Gwinnett Place Ford and I ordered racing stripes to be installed. They deal with Total Appearance for all their add on equipment. It took them 2 days to do window tinting and the racing stripes, which is fine. However, when I got my car back, the stripes clearly looked like they had not done racing stripes before. They did not line up, there were multiple bubbles even after the car had been in the heat for 4 days. The worst part about is that when we went to show them to Billy, he didn't even look at the car or the things I was pointing out to him. His only response was, "that's the way they are supposed to look, they did a great job on them." He didn't even look at them. I could have done a better job myself. I am just glad that the dealership is involved because they will get fixed. Otherwise I would be out $600! Don't waste your time or money with these guys because they don't care about the work they do.
