Using used auotomotive parts when under warrenty

I had a distributor go bad in my vehicle, And had to take it to the dealership, Because it was still under warrenty. I started having problems when I got it back. I took it back to the dealership, And they told me they could not find anything wrong. About a week after the warrenty expired my vehicle broke down, So I took it to a garage to be fixed. The mechanic told me the distibutor had a refurbished sticker on it. It cost me about $800 for a new distributor. I contacted Nissan about it, And they said they would get back intouch with me, But that was about 7 months ago. Still have not heard from them.
