I've been a faithful client of Toyota to get a very long time and also have purchased 6 vehicles in the same Toyota seller within 15-20 years. We've been a Toyota household but never again. Our vehicles have now been funded through their financial services "Toyota Financial Services". I hate them forever. All-they did for me personally is simply bothered me and ripped me down just for being delayed in funds. They've named me night and day, actually past 9pm on weekdays and all weekend. There's a Regulation that prohibits enthusiasts to contact customers past 9pm and on breaks but that never ceased Toyota Financial Services. I'd been let go from function due to the economic crisis we're experiencing at this time. I had been overdue on my vehicle payments for only 2-3 weeks. I had been overdue before but I settled these funds with late-payment costs, that they cost because they please. I'd named them back lately stating that I've a brand new work today and that I can make these overdue payments and requested them to simply provide me a-one week period till I get my first salary. I also requested them to prevent calling me using their nuisance calls. The following I understand, I'd a Repo Broker at my doorway in 2 times to choose-up my vehicle. The only real choice he offered me was to possibly pay off the 3 overdue payments (nearly $1500) or he'd tow-away my vehicle. This is the way TOYOTA FINANCIAL SERVICES treats their faithful clients to be truthful. Therefore, I use money from the buddy and benefit ($1500) to create my consideration to present position. The only path they'd take cost could be through 'Western Nation', and so I needed to spend another $13 due to their charge. And so I did that. Then I contact them to provide my Western Nation verification# to ensure they obtained it and also to make sure my consideration is in 'present position. First I invested more then 15 mins speaking with a repetition who'd not provide me her title at-all not really first-name by having an identification. She was really rude and wouldn't cooperate with me after which I requested to keep in touch with her Supervisor who had been much more rude and again wouldn't supply his title and identification for my documents. Actually that anytime we contact them, the very first thing they are doing is they confirm all my data and report my phone plus they do not wish to provide me-any specifics regarding whom I spoke to within the telephone after creating my funds. We've right as customers to possess their info regarding whom with spoken to for the own documents however they wouldn't provide me that whatsoever. Complete B.S. Here. People, Toyota doesn't have regard due to their faithful clients, they've no feeling of customer support and integrity doesn't occur for them. They're AN OVERALL TOTAL rip off and that I might avoid TOYOTA today and permanently. I'll never by TOYOTA vehicles so long as I stay. It is time for you to document case...
