Here we have a case of the buyer trying to stop a credit card order and keeping the product at the same time end result mr mat moses from 5033 west hubby hoarse dr phoneix az 85083 623-293-8832 scam didnt work, he did infact purchase a set of lowenhart mercedes benz rims retail vaule $7200 i sold the set to him for $2795 with shipping included since they were preowoned and not new, the set was from my 05 sl55, the set was in spotless clean condition since i am a car fanatic i did shipped the set by ups tracking info (k1234007089 / k1234007070/k1234007114 / k1234007098) wheels were recieved on 4/16/09 he calls me a day later and states he is unhappy with the condition of the tires which were 85-90% tread remaining i reminded him he purchased preowned wheels and not new, we did come to a agreement that he could send all 4 tires back (not rims) and i would credit $500, he was happy and he then went to discount tire in az and purchased his 4 new tires, here is were he trys to scam me 2 weeks later he calls and states he wants a full refund stating the wheels are damaged, after he drove on the set of wheels and possibly damaged them, i informed him there is no return after our agreement and after he drove on them for 2 weeks, i could se if it was a day later or 2 or 3 at max but 14 days come on, my website clears states all preowned wheels are no return or refund on my order info page, i then gave the benfit of the doubt and said return them pay return shipping and i will credit back the purcahse he refused, what he did was stop his credit card and try keeping the wheels, what mr moses doesnt know i will prosecute him for defrauding me by trying to keep the product and stopping the credit card, my attorney is working on the suit and will be filed accordingly in AZ and NJ, these were the details mr mat moses leaves out in his short description, next time mr moses might wana purchased some brand new wheels instead of scamming someone else of there product and money BECAUSE HE WONT GET AWAY WITH IT WITH THIS GUY THATS FOR SURE, SO BEWARE PLEASE DONT SELL THIS PERSON ANYTHING HE WILL COMPLAIN AND THEN FOLLOW UP WITH HIS CHARGE BACK SCAM thank you for reading my response.
