Ripoff Company, No customer service, TAKES YOUR MONEY AND DOESN'T DELIVER!

ON 5/7 I ordered a custom wheel. Since that time I have called numerious times and sent several emails. Pat Curran was the person that I talked to. At first he did answer the phone and responded to my emails. The last time I have heard from him was on 11/27/08. No response since then. All I have ever gotten was excuse after excuse why my wheel hasn't been shipped to me. This is the last email I recieved from him.

I plan to go over this week. Sorry I didn't get there, I am working far away from there right now.

Yes, I did not go over to this supplier to check on it. My fault. I will call or see them this week.

Man, this has been longer than promised. Sorry about that. My supplier said it was ready, but we haven't seen it yet. I will go over there and see for myself early next week. Drop me a line by Wed if you don't hear anything.
