Stole money and provided no product or service - consumer rip-off fraud

I paid Don @ Mobiletek $1000 to buy a transmission part for me and modify it for better performance.

Initially, I received e-mails saying he had purchased the part and was working on modifying it. But, after 4 months, I realized that I was never going to get it, and I asked for my money back.

After 6 months he finally responded to me, stating that he would refund my money. Of coure, 6 months later I still have no mony and no product.

This man is a THEIF!
