Poor workmanship

I’ve not just had a poor encounter but a costly one with Coker Floor Company (since 1946). I invested $10,000 on actual wood floor simply 4 years back in the area in Rockwall, Texas. I began having dark areas appear within the timber. I used another $1000 on plumbers to discover that my basis is okay. Coker Floor ignored to put a water barrier between your piece and also the floor therefore condensation is accumulating and aging the timber. I named the Dallas area and although exactly the same woman in the previous shop responded the telephone as well as mentioned they'd most of the same workers in the shop in Rockwall, these were another Coker Ground Company since 1946. She stated that these were not responsible for another store’s craftsmanship. I wonder when they possess the same title and also the same workers do they've exactly the same methods? And when they proceed to purchase one another out and change area they'll never result in the job completed under Coker Ground Company since 1946.
