I fell for this company, hook, line and sinker. I also went online and requested info. Sounded like a great deal when they called back. I spoke with a rep and he asked me the mileage on my car, when I told him, he said I was over the limit but he would speak to his mgr, Justin, quickly and get back with me, in 2 secs!!! His mgr is on the phone insisting I give my credit card info today to LOCK in the great quote he was offering me today only. I did give my credit card info but only for pymt later after I approved the "Contract" he sent me. I never rec'vd a contract and 2 weeks later a $150.00 charge on my card. I called the company to tell them I was not interested, never rec'vd a contract, and I want my money. They still insisted on trying to sell me the policy I clearly stated I did not want and they were extremely rude, not wanting to transfer me to customer service. I asked for Justin specifically, since he took my info and they said he was extremely busy on other calls. I said I would hold and they said he may not pick up. I asked for a vmail and was told mgrs do not have vmails there. They walk the floor only. Crazy, huh? I tried many other times and was given the run around. They kept asking me why I did not want it! It pissed me off. I finally got to customer service 3 days later to cancel and when I asked for a cancellation# the rep, Nikki, acted like she did not know what I was talking about.

It has been a week and I have had to call my credit card company and get a rep from the dispute dept to call on 3 way. With him on the phone, they were so courteous. This is the biggest scam ever. I am still waiting on my refund, but in 30 days, if not back, at least my credit card company has my back on this. NEVER give out your info to anyone over the phone, they are not even registered with the BBB. I should have checked this first! I learned a valuable lesson. Hope this helps any potential future victims!!!
