Guaranteed Approval is a Hoax

Hello, To Whomever this notice may concern:

I am writing in regards to a story idea in which I spoke to; John Warren about... Basically there is a dealership in your area that is currently the defendant of a pending "False Adverting Claim" - the dealer is Superstition Springs Lexus; in Mesa, AZ. Our family contacted the dealership in regards to purchasing a new Lexus vehicle - the salesman guaranteed financing on the car - and he backed it by their 'Guaranteed Financial Approval'; information on their website. Needless to say - the application was declined - We contacted Lexus Corporate Headquarters and they said, "Each dealership is independently own and operated" - I asked the Corporate official does this mean; a Lexus Dealer have no guidelines they must follow - to remain in compliance with Lexus "Headquarters" - he stated 'No'... They are free to do whatever they like...

So my major concern is; here is a dealership that is advertising falsely to gain customers -

It is not that we are out to hurt anybody; it's the mere fact that this dealership would advertise falsely in order to persuade potential customers into placing credit applications at their dealership. Not only is this unfair business to their competitors; but it is also unfair consumer practice. That is exactly why we have placed a claim against this company with the Better Business Bureau as well as the Federal Trade Commission. My family is also working on placing a law suit against the actual Lexus Corporation for allowing this misdeed to take place."

I think consumers need to be aware of their rights; and what better time to reiterate them - than now; while we have a prime example...
