Fraudulent ripoff business rip off scam con artists

We bought the owner's 1999 RV, received full warranties. Did not find out until later that year after the RV's roof started leaking that the owner had done this... They kept telling us that it was our fault for not keeping it up (we only had it for 6 months).. However, my husband overheard the mechanic who worked on it before telling someone else that they should have fixed it right in the first place... Hoover refused to fix it, our insurance did pay.

We also found where the back part of the roof had been replaced. The hydraulics in the front keep leaking also. We called Newmar, the manufacturer and they agreed with us that Hoover had not kept up the coach while it sat in their lot and they were to blame, but Newmar could not do anything about it.

Now we are stuck with this piece of trash... They would not even take it back as a trad-in on another one... Except to give us a more worse one.
