Just Another Car Dealership that LACKS Integrity and Values

I drove over two hours to purchase a certain vehicle from Fowler Dodge. After four long hours of being mind teased by the sales office, I then spent several hours in the finance office. Tired and exhausted, I let finance talk me into adding extra insurance on the vehicle, after all Banks like to see that, and I was tired of credit denial stories of past customers. I was assured on the phone this process was fast. Haha silly me.

The following business day I called and asked the extra $6000.00 worth of insurance be taken off the final price of the vehicle, I was told someone would call me back. Two days later, I called again and requested the same, this time, the individual hung up on me. The third time I called, the individual seemed irritated and stated he would call me back that afternoon. He never did.

I waited one more day and I decided to take the vehicle back. I was again told the loan was approved even though I received denial letters in the mail that morning.

The funniest part I noticed on my credit report that each day I called, the more my name was submitted for credit, thus lowering my credit score which by the way was in perfect standing. The reason I was denied for credit; the finance office lied to the institutions about my income, I even received a phone call from Chrysler Financial demanding to speak to my supervisor and verify that I indeed have a job. (apparently the elevator music playing in the back ground when I put her on hold was not a dead give away)

Perhaps soon, Fowler Dodge will realize that the CONSUMERS word of mouth IS what makes profit or loss for the dealership and not the mythical land of cash is king.
