Unprofessional, misleading, poor evrything & the owner is a tyrant

I am writing this report as an attempt to save anyone else from getting screwed over by this company the way that I have. Please read my story because I am sure that I am not the only person that will be treated this way by the Magic MEchanic in Orlando. This company acts like you would expect a mechanicto act in that they are out to rip you off and not care about actually treating you like a pying customer. Everyone at this shop from the techs all the way to the owner Larry Perry are dishonest crooks.

My story starts on a quote that I was told would take care of replacing my transmission with a new one. I was quoted as having a 1800 repair and getting a new tranny. This sounded good but when I went to get my vehicle it had been broken into and the price was now 3600- double what I was quoted with a used transmission! I was so pissed that I called the manager and he told me that things had changed and that S@*% happens. So, I then reached out to the owner Larry Perry and what a delight I had with dealing with this pretentious prick. He basically ended up cersing me out and told me that I owed him money and that he makes more than this bell was worth the head ache. I thought that this was amazing and I decided to look into legal action - of which no attorney saw money so I ended up taking it on the bill! I urge no one to go to this shop!

If you know whats good for you, learn from my mistake and leave this place alone while you still have money in your pocket. Their commercials and radio stuff is just bologna!
