I was attempting to go to my pilates class today 8/18/09 and UPS truck was parked across five parking spaces. I pulled up and asked him very nicely if he would move up a little so I could park and he said, "no". He unloaded about ten large boxes and made two trips back and forth to a store and came back and moved his truck. I nicely told him that it was not a nice thing to do, and that I was going to call UPS and he said "go ahead". This was at the zip code 28731.
