US Fidelis got word about their negative comments on consumer advocate sites such as usacomplaints.com and are now hiring computer programers to work specifically on making sure that negative posts are not "hits" that come up on the first page or two of a search engine.

What this means is, you type in a search on Yahoo, Google, or another search engine and all US Fidelis' sites and/orposts that they (USF) have created will appear first. Most people won't look past the first or second page of a search.

We consumers who use these consumer advocate sites are trying to warn one another about US Fidelis-Dealer Services-National Auto Warranty Services and their unethical and sometimes illegal business practices).

Please let everyone know to search deeper and dig deeper to find out the truth. Spread the word about this website.

Below is part of an internal email that the General Manager sent out about usacomplaints.com and other consumer advocate sites.

The Google complaints and blogs postings are completely out of our control. These blogs are submitted on public sites
like "complaint", which have absolutely no credibility. They are the "National Enquirer" of the internet. They let anyone
and everyone post anything they want without checking the source or reliability of the story.

Furthermore, most of the blogs have been posted by Ex-Employees, so they are obviously disgruntle for be terminated
and are using this public posting site to voice their resentment and frustration.

You can use some of the bullet points above to get a customer's focus on the legitimacy of our company."
