Lamont Mananger Darelle Cashier And Oscer Technician scammed bullied ram rodded

I went to Kwik Kar for an oil change on Mar 24 between 4-430pm before I was to arrive at a birthday party at 6:00pm in Lake Worth. Oscer took the car from the far parking lot where I was parked (northbound) I went into the wait area... Approx 10 min later Oscer came to the waiting room said he wanted me to come out the garage area and I preceeded to do that he then began to tell me about all this work that needed to be done... Brake flush, power steering flush, fuel system flush, and air filter... I said I was going to a party and did not have the time right now but change the air filter and do the oil change. He began telling me how important this service was and it was needed it right now and he showed me how dirty it was by tapping something on a piece of paper I didnt care and just said no not right now... I have to be somewhere. I didnt want nor need this work done and knew from that moment that I was tagged for a scam. I felt sick to my stomach and knew I should have just went back to the Wautaga Kwik Kar location they never did this to me.

Anyway, just alittle after 5pm they called me to the desk to get my bill and told me it was $210.47 total. I was MORTIFIED I questioned all of it and Darrell said he would not give me the keys until I paid the bill and Oscer was looking through the window at me. What is this??? Was I being blackmailed bullied ramrodded YES I believe I was and was shook up pretty good that I couldnt even make it to the party. Mad at myself should have called the cops? Wasnt sure what to do really was frieghted that they could do this so casually. Got the hell out of there is what I did. I went back the next day looking for the manger with my tough hat on walked in asked for the manager and lord and behold there stood big black Lamont geeeeeez why me? I began to tell him what had happend to me and do you know what he said? He said "thats the stuff thats done to a car per the mileage reading on my car" I said I dont care, I didnt ask for it to be done. I showed him the receipt I had brought that it had already been done 6 months prior. Waiting to see the shock on his face which did not happen at all he began to accuse me of not telling them that it had already been done its my fault for not communicating properly to the technician. I just told him I was going to picket all weekend in front of his store and walked out. The look he gave me "you cant effect me" was very scarey... I wondered though if he was right... Why did he do this to me? He knew he would get away with it.
