Bait and switch tactic, took personal info under false pretenses

Inquired about their refinanace program over the phone. Due to bad credit I explained that we were involved in a title loan for 4000 dollars and was trying to see if they could help out. TOM CORMANEY told us to come in and see what could be done to get a refinance. When we got there he took all the information and never came back. He sent in someone who told us he could not help unless we came up with a down payment of 1500. I told him we were just trying to get a refinance on a title loan and save money like the advertisement says. This gentleman who later refused to give me a business card and not repeat his name to me started to fast talk about what he trying to do. He then told us that the banks he deals with does NOT even do loans for that small amount. He then admitted he was trying to sell us ANOTHER CAR.By the way this car was bought from their establishment 9 months ago.

They made us go all the way to there location, took our social security number, and all other personal information to try to sell us another car, not to refinance!!! The original salesperson TOM CORMANEY was nice in the beginning, talking about his family, etc. Etc. Then rudely left us after he found he could not make money off us. Even going as far as stuffing his face with a hamburger while we were still waiting for an answer.

I know people talk bad about sales people but this is the reason why...
