The company is trying to get more money then they are supposed to get.

They send you a statement and then they call you and tell you about hidden fees that you didn't know about or that you were told were taken care of.

If you ask to refinance to get your ungodly interest rate down they don't help you. They will screw you out of your money any way they can! When you tell them not to call you at work they do it anyway. This company needs to be stopped!
